Papua New Guinea Upstream Assets

Mega Fortune International Limited, an affiliated company of P3 Global Energy and LNG Plus, holds 10% participating interest in Petroleum Prospecting License No. 574 (formerly PPL 259) and Petroleum Retention License No. 28 in the Western Province of Papua New Guinea. Both licenses contained significant volumes of gas and condensate. Development is pending on the higher oil prices.
