Auo Siam Marine Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of P3 Global Energy and LNG Plus, was awarded a 3 years offshore oil production service contract by PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited  in 2005. The Project was located in the Gulf of Thailand in 35 meters of water depth.

The contract scope included (i) design, conversion, and operation of a jack-up supported mobile offshore production unit (“MOPU”) and an in-field oil tanker for oil storage. The production capacity was 25,000 bopd. 

Notable achievement included the design and operation of the onboard oily water treatment plant that efficiently treated well production with water cut between 5% and 85% thus allowing the MOPU to discharge water in environmental sensitive areas during the contract period.
